What payments do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards as well as Paypal and for New Zealand customers we offer Bank Transfer, AfterPay and Laybuy. We also offer Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Is your payment system safe?
Yes we use the Stripe payment protection system so you details remain safe and your purchase is protected by their insurance policy. It is one of the safest systems around and we have been using it for a number of years now.

Can a get a G.S.T Receipt?
Yes you can, we are NZ G.S.T registered. You can download the G.S.T invoice in the orders section under your account.

I bought a scanner off you but it doesn't work with my car, can I get a refund?
This is taken on a case by case policy. While we are not liable for swapping tools which are incompatible with your car please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

What do I do if my product is faulty?
All our products are covered by a 1 year warranty so if your unit is faulty, contact us and we will sort something out for you.

Id like to buy a product in bulk can you do this?
Yes just contact us and we can arrange a deal for you.

Where are you based?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. We are an online store only and we ship worldwide.
